At Rad Swim, we want you to feel confident and stoked in your new suit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and liners intact. Please ensure your swimwear is tried on over undergarments to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
